Session Photography and Image Privacy
Images taken during a Varón session are covered by a separate confidentiality contract signed before each session — not by this website privacy policy. Under that contract:
- Your images are never posted, shared, or used in any marketing without your explicit written consent
- The contract is legally binding and you retain a copy
- This applies regardless of whether you have consented to any images appearing on this website
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Withdraw consent at any time by contacting us

The Service
Varón Portrait offers private, on-location portrait photography for men in South Florida, operated by Jorge Suarez Photography LLC. Sessions are by appointment only.

Sessions and Bookings
Eligibility
All clients must be 18 years of age or older. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Retainer Fee
A 50% retainer fee is required to hold your session date. This retainer fee is applied toward your total session fee. Retainer fees are non-refundable except in the circumstances described below.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before a session may be rescheduled without penalty
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a session forfeit the retainer
- If Jorge Suarez must cancel due to illness or emergency, you will receive a full refund or reschedule at no charge
Confidentiality
A confidentiality contract is signed before every session. The terms of that contract govern the use and privacy of your session images and supersede anything on this page regarding photography.
Intellectual Property
All photographs taken during a Varón session remain the property of Jorge Suarez Photography LLC, subject to the confidentiality contract. The website content — including text, design, and layout — is owned by Jorge Suarez Photography LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Varón Portrait and Jorge Suarez Photography LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for your session.
Disclaimer
This website is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time.
Governing Law
